With a large 50-inch TV over the living room mantle, games in the closet, and the sand just a few steps from the front door, there’s something to please everyone. The clean bright kitchen is well-equipped with all the equipment necessary to prepare a wonderful meal. Just a short stroll to the pier or walk to the harbor will bring you even more options for dining. The home has a one-car garage with one additional parking space behind it, a quaint backyard with outdoor seating. The cottage also has a large walk-in shower, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, and WiFi.

There’s nothing like waking up to the surf and sand each morning. You’ll definitely enjoy your stay at this cute beach house.

• The path along side home is not private. It can be accessed by others. Sometimes people from the beach use it as a shortcut to other homes.
• This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. We do provide fans.
• This home utilizes decibel level monitors.

• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
