Gorgeous condo blocks from the beach with fireplace, balcony, central AC, & W/D

This luxurious, air-conditioned home in Carlsbad Village is just one block away from restaurants and shopping, as well as two blocks from the beach. As you arrive at this condo, you will find a comfortable little porch with outdoor seating. This is a great area to brush off the sand after a day at the beach. Once inside, you will find beautiful appointments scattered throughout more than 2,865 square feet of living space.

The main level is an open-concept floor plan with a kitchen and a dining and living room with a high ceiling. This is a great space to relax and enjoy family time with ample seating for larger groups. The living room has a large leather sofa, a love seat, and a leather chair, plus a large TV, and a beautiful stacked-stone gas fireplace. Off the living room, there is an outside fenced yard with a seating area and gas grill.

The gourmet kitchen has travertine flooring, granite countertops, custom cabinets, a breakfast bar, a stainless steel Thermador Profession double oven/cooktop with six burners and a griddle, a wine refrigerator, a huge stainless-steel side-by-side refrigerator, a stainless-steel dishwasher, and a double sink.
