Soon to be a favorite vacation getaway, this lakeside home offers the best of all worlds! Not only is this a waterfront paradise - it is literally on the water! There's waterfront property, and then there's Crestwood Cove.
This rare gem is located on a secluded, peaceful cove, just minutes from the popular pristine waters of the Colorado Arm of beautiful, always-constant-level Lake LBJ. At the end of this dead-end street in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, there's no traffic or traffic noise to worry about. You'll love the large front yard with lush grass and plenty of shade where the family can play lawn games and do so safely.
What about the lake, you ask? When we said this vacation wonder was on the water, we weren't kidding. Walk out the back door and you are at (on) the water! Take full advantage of the covered patio, which is great for relaxing; while you're at it, throw a line in the water and get ready for the fish to start biting. Feel free to use the boat dock to tie up a boat!
