Head down to the beach for a day of sun and surf, or take a walk or bike ride along Ocean City's classic promenade - home to hundreds of shops, restaurants, amusement rides, activities, and events throughout the year. Best of all, you can forget about the stress of battling and paying for a parking spot!

There is so much to love about this home, which consists of a single-family home, and a two-bedroom detached carriage house overlooking the pool deck. Guests will be charmed by the classic Ocean City decor and spacious living areas - the perfect setting for family reunions or multiple families who are vacationing together. The home and carriage house each have updated kitchens with modern appliances, breakfast bars, and lots of counter space. If you prefer your meals alfresco, utilize the gas grill on the backyard deck, where you'll also find an outdoor dining table.

The main house features a large living area and an adjoining den for guests to hang out in, which is just steps from a lovely front porch overlooking Philadelphia Ave. - great for watching classic cars go by during OC car shows. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, four TVs, a DVD player, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW

• The fireplace is not operational.
• The gas grill is only available to use in peak season, which is from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
