Ideally situated near several popular restaurants and a local grocery store, this brand-new home is just two miles north of downtown Durango, which is easily reached on the Animas River Trail three blocks away. You'll also find the Animas Mountain Trailhead two blocks north, the scenic shores of Vallecito Lake 20 miles east, and the winter slopes of Purgatory Resort only 25 miles north.
