The open space on the first floor is perfect for relaxing and making meals together - central air conditioning will keep things cool. The fully equipped kitchen has the space and tools you need to put together delicious vacation meals. You can take the meat and veggies out onto the private gas grill to get that extra sear. It's totally fine to have dinner outside around the fire or on the patio. You may just need to convince someone to get out of the hammock! When the day winds down, enjoy a glass of wine on the upper deck and enjoy a partial view of the ocean. The beach is just a short walk away!
With so many beautiful beaches nearby (including Manatee Public Beach, Cortez Beach, and Coquina Beach, all within two-and-a-half miles), it's easy to switch things up and see a new side to the ocean. Take a break at The Fish Hole Miniature Golf one mile from the home, perfect for families with younger guests. But if you just can't stay away from the water, rent a boat (or take a tour!) with Cortez Watersports, based just one-and-a-half miles away. Wind down the day with something delicious from one of the main local restaurants, including Smoqehouse and Beach House Restaurant, both within one mile.
