An unforgettable vacation awaits at this wonderful family-friendly retreat boasting all of the comforts of home and more! Take your morning coffee or evening cocktail out to the private balcony and soak up the views of the mountain. Before heading out for a day on the slopes, hop into the fully equipped kitchen and whip up a tasty breakfast to fuel up. Come summer, a dip in the shared pool will be the perfect escape from the heat. When everyone returns from a full day of adventure, the gas fireplace will be waiting to unthaw frozen toes and the gas grill can be just the ticket for a cookout in the fresh air. When the stars come out, gather for a movie night with loved ones or simply reminisce about the day's memories until everyone is ready to doze off to sweet dreams.

This lovely condo is centrally located and is an ideal launching point for year-round recreation. Aside from back door access to ski and bike Granby Ranch, you will also be in close proximity to the Granby Ranch Golf Course (two miles north) and Winter Park Resort (20.5 miles south). Granby Ranch offers a number of hiking trails, as well as locations for fly fishing. You can also take a day trip to Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Lake Granby, and the Arapahoe National Forest, all accessible within a 30-minute drive.

THINGS TO KNOW

  • Building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire (including grills), either in a campground or at a private residence is not allowed. No outdoor fires unless it is gas and can be turned off.

  • As of May 1st, all renters must purchase a $10-day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full-benefit member's home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof.
    • No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
    • This rental is located on floor 2.
    • 4WD/traction may be required in winter.
    • Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
    • Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
    • This property is ski-in/ski-out. Please check trail maps and snow reports for current conditions and trail openings
