The ground level has good parking, concrete carports, lots of grassy sail rigging area, and a great sound-front launch, while the all-weather entry includes some storage. The first level features a tiled entry, two southwest-facing bedrooms (one queen with a private bath, and one with two extra-long twin beds and a semi-private bath) with spacious sound-front decks. The third east (extra-long) bunk room has access to decks and a nearby second bathroom.
Mariah's large upstairs great room with tall ceilings and a half-bath can carry the freight in beautiful style. The comfortable living and dining areas have perfect southwest exposure and postcard views of the sound, sunsets, and the expansive wetland marsh. The kitchen with an island bar includes all the necessary bells and whistles. A wide deck wraps from south to west into a huge covered porch with a picnic table and an inviting hot tub. A large upstairs master bedroom has access to a tiled private bathroom. And they call the Hatteras wind - Mariah!
