- The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages four years and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
- The north lobby/elevator will be blocked off for entry and exit on every floor from February 26, 2024, until May 20, 2024, to repair the elevator. The south lobby and elevators will be fully functional. An area under the garage will be blocked off and marked as 'Construction Area'.
