Guests must return the key FOB to the check-in office or guests will be charged for replacement. There is also a limited day pass option: Daily passes are $10 per person per day and will be available on a limited basis (M-F excluding holidays starting at 9:00 a.m.). No key FOBs are available for daily use. All guests must abide by all community rules, including signing in and out of the Clubhouse.- Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
