Overlooking the Assawoman Canal and Jefferson Creek, and just a mile to the beach, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is a great base camp for your family's beach adventures. Large screened porch and deck allow you to relax and enjoy the view. Private access to the canal, just bring your kayak, canoe or stand-up paddleboard! Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. 2 TVs (including one Netflix capable with guest's own account), DVD, library of books, board games, Wifi., outside shower, charcoal grill, wood-burning fireplace).
