Enjoy the ambiance, convenience, and safety of being right on the beach.
After a day on the beach, catch your favorite shows on three TVs, including a 65-inch TV and entertainment system (65-inch LG 4K smart TV and Sonos Amp speaker) with streaming capabilities and a sound system distributed throughout the condo. You'll be happy to have Netflix (included), Nintendo Wii gaming system, Blu-ray player, and a closet full of puzzles, games, DVDs, and movies. For conference calls or private conversations, access to a small private office with a work desk and chair and the included high-speed WiFi and Ethernet connections will make it easy for remote workers, students, and gamers.

Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes
Additional features include a roll-in/out shower (with collapsible threshold), thermostatically controlled shower faucets, handheld shower heads, shower grab bars, threshold-free bathroom ingress and egress, and four elevators from the lobby/beach and parking/indoor pool levels to this third-floor condo.
Things to Know
- Amenity passes must be purchased to access the amenities and for parking. Each vacation rental is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period. 1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass. 3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes.
