The living area is simply marvelous and one of the best spots to gather and spend a wonderful time with your friends. The kitchen, as you will see, is something straight out of every chef's dream–it boasts modern, stainless steel appliances and everything you could need to channel your inner chef and surprise your friends with full-course meals. Outside, the private gas grill would be perfect to spice up your meals a little bit and the outdoor dining area will be much appreciated if the group would like to dine outside. The balcony features a couple of comfortable chairs overlooking the lush patio where the dogs can run around freely.

Continental Club is a 'can't miss' for live music. The Saturday 'matinee' show from about 4-7 is a favorite to many. It's free and the band is twangy and smoking hot. Other SoCo attractions include Perla's (seafood), Jo's Coffee next to Hotel San José (a great place for a cocktail), South Congress Cafe (a great spot for brunch), Vespaio (Italian), June's, Torchy's Tacos. The heart of Austin is one and a half mile away, just across the Congress Bridge. For those who are outdoor fans, Zilker Park is one of the most popular attractions here and is less than three miles away from you.
