• Parking permit required on 2nd Street year-round. On Younger Way and 3rd St, a permit is required only seasonally, May-September. A permit is provided by the owner and is always returned to the coffee table in the TV room. Please don't forget to return the parking permit.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
