Your inviting condo is an end unit with gorgeous views from the main bedroom, dining room, and living room. Prepare delicious meals and snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, relax out on the spacious wraparound balcony boasting more displays of the water, or head downstairs to enjoy a variety of resort amenities! Swim in the large saltwater pool, soak in the hot tub, or fire up one of the community grills and have a cookout as the sun goes down. Be sure to visit the Village of Baytowne Wharf, only two miles north, offering fine dining, shopping, and regular special events and festivals right on the shores of Choctawhatchee Bay. Plus, Silver Sands Premium Outlets is a short drive away if you need to update the wardrobe while away!

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: FROM 10/30/24 - 2/1/25, TOWER 2 WILL BE UNDERGOING BALCONY RESTORATION. TOWER 1 RESTORATION IS PROJECTED FROM 2/1/25 - 5/1/25. DURING THIS TIME THERE WILL BE HEAVY EQUIPMENT ON SITE, CONSTRUCTION NOISE, BALCONIES COULD BE INACCESSIBLE, AND WINDOWS COULD BE BLOCKED. PLEASE CALL IF YOU HAVE FURTHER QUESTIONS. COMPLETION DATES MAY CHANGE DUE TO WEATHER AND OTHER UNEXPECTED DELAYS.

• A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and makes several stops around the resort. There is an app that can be downloaded to track the tram as well.
• Your property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
