Come summer, you can head out to the private pool and wade in refreshing waters or simply lounge in the shade with a good book in hand.

With all of the comforts of home and more, no one will want to leave this oasis, but heading out to explore the town is a great way to spend a day! On foggy mornings, bring a cup of coffee to the sand and simply walk along the coastline as you collect shells and enjoy the sound of the tide. As the day heats up, enjoy a picnic and splash in the waves or head into downtown Rockaway and try out some local cuisine!
