three-bedroom, three-bath condos at Canyon Creek. Several updates have been made to this unit in 2023 including new carpeting throughout and a new memory foam queen mattress and
undercarriage for the sofa bed in the living room. Additionally, the third bedroom now offers more sleeping spaces with a twin XL over queen bunk bed. In the living room, guests will find
comfortable plush leather couches in front of a gas fireplace and a large flatscreen TV. You can relax and enjoy magnificent views from either of the condo’s two balconies. The first, accessed
from the living room is furnished with a dining table and chairs and a newer gas grill. The second balcony is a private retreat, accessed from the primary bedroom. The well-equipped full
kitchen comes with practically everything you have at home, while the dining area features a large table with updated seating for everyone. The unit includes air-conditioning and a private
laundry room which contains a full-size washer/dryer. This unit has a reserved parking space in the underground garage, just steps away from the elevator and the ski locker. Guests will enjoy on-site amenities including a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, and a fitness room.
