Waterscape A423 is located on the fourth floor and offers a peaceful and relaxing ambience throughout. This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath features a king bed in the main bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a set of twin-over-twin bunks in the bunk area. There's new flooring and new furniture for guests to enjoy. Upon entering, you will find the well-equipped kitchen on your left, featuring stunning granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. To your right, you will find the separate, spacious bunk area. There is tile flooring throughout the foyer, bunk area, and kitchen. Adjacent to the bunk area is the guest bathroom. The kitchen leads to the dining area and living room, providing plenty of space to spread out.
The dining room table seats up to four guests comfortably. There are two additional bar stools by the kitchen for added comfort and convenience. The living area boasts tasteful décor, a new couch and loveseat, tiled floors, a TV, and a DVD player. The main bedroom is located near the living area and boasts a TV as well, as well as an en suite bathroom featuring a large double vanity, spacious garden tub, and standalone shower to provide you with a truly 'at home' feeling. The guest bedroom includes tropical and beachy décor, a TV, and an en suite shower featuring a single vanity, garden tub, and standalone shower. Step out onto the large balcony that includes plenty of patio furniture perfect for a family game night or to simply watch the sun rise and set. The balcony is accessible from both the living area and bedroom.
