Cute little place, perfect for my daughter and I. Place was very clean! Like everyone has said, there are stairs and this is on the 3rd floor. Didn’t bother us a bit. The only issue we had was the pool code was not readily available. I called Vacasa and told them we needed it and they told me it was a shareable pool and there is no code. I explained to them there was key pad on the gate and you can’t get into it without a code. They told me to use the condo door code, that didn’t work. We ended up having to ask a neighbor. Maybe putting the pool code in the welcome book would be helpful. Otherwise, our stay was great and quiet!

The apartment is suitable for up to 6 people with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is nicely decorated with a great view towards the Santa Rosa Sound from the living-room and the balcony. From here you can enjoy a lovely sunset. But you should know that the balcony does not offer you any privacy due to the building conditions as you have an open view to the next door balconies. Also you hear the noise of the AC that is situated close to the balconies between the houses. The Sound is reached in a few steps, the long and sandy beach on the Gulf are easily reached after crossing the Gulf Boulevard. As the apartment is on the 3rd floor it might not be easy to reach for people with walking problems as you have to walk up the steps.
