*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9th, 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. This brilliantly styled vacation getaway condo is located at Sundestin on the beach in Destin, FL. Tile flooring is featured throughout the majority of the condo. Access to the balcony is through the living room and offers awesome views of the Gulf of Mexico. Other unique features included in the rental condo are elegant countertops, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils so you can cook your favorite meal and watch the waves. A Hollywood bath, two toilets, two vanities, and a tub/shower combination are located inside the condo. The dining table has restful seats for any card/board game or dining. This vacation rental also offers two TVs, two DVD players, and a CD stereo system.

The beach is just a short walk away. Don't forget to stop at The Back Porch once you arrive! Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just under two miles from the condo. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just under eight miles from this condo. Gator Beach, just under two miles from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals, including a rare albino alligator.
