The entire condo features all-new flooring and new furniture in the living room makes for the perfect place to relax in front of the flatscreen after a day of fun. A full, well-equipped kitchen has all-white major appliances, a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and blender plus dishes, serving bowls, pots, pans, and flatware in case you want to prepare a full meal during your stay. The adjacent dining area seats four at mealtime.
The sliding glass doors in the living room open onto a private balcony with a bird’s eye view along the western coastline. From the balcony, you can see the gulf during the day and the twinkling lights of Destin at night. This is 716 square feet of the most cost-effective spending of your vacation dollars, perfect for a quick weekend getaway, an upbeat week for two or something in between just to get reenergized before returning to the daily grind. All that's left to do is book!
Things to Know
- SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction on the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.
- Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
- All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
