This 4th-floor end unit's corner location gives you the opportunity to enjoy stunning water views from 3 sides and provides all the comforts of home! Enter this lovely condo and immediately feel right at home. The condo features a NEW, well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops, a dining area, and living area with new comfy sofa sleeper. Unit 412 provides plenty of space for the family to gather comfortably after a fun filled day at the beach and pool. The primary bedroom has a NEW king size bed with new bedding, private full bath, and windows with great views of the sunset over the pass. The guest bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed, an additional twin bed and private access to the hall full bath. This condo also had fresh paint and new tile throughout in spring of 2014. With many new attributes and the beautiful views, location and comfort are only two of the many things Magnolia House #412 has to offer.

THINGS TO KNOW

    Seasonal beach service (one umbrella and two chairs) is included. This service begins March 15 and ends October 31.

    Seasonal tram service will run March 20 - October 31, Monday - Sunday 9 am - 5:30 pm (last pick up at 5:15 pm). Lunch break from 2 pm - 2:30 pm daily. (Hours and operation dates are subject to change at any moment.)

    • No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
    • Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
    • Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
