Things to do near our TOPS’L Tides rentals
The TOPS’L Tides rentals are uniquely situated within the TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort, beside the sports lawn and adjacent to a split-level pool deck overlooking the beach. The upper pool deck is reserved exclusively for TOPS’L Tides guests.
Additional pools are located at the TOPS’L Club & Fitness Center, including a heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, and an outdoor pool and hot tub. The TOPS’L Club also features other amenities, such as racquetball, a sauna, and steam rooms. Personal fitness trainers and on-site massage therapists are available, and the fitness center offers complimentary aerobics and yoga classes for guests.
The facilities and services at the award-winning TOPS’L Tennis Center are available to all guests at TOPS’L Tides condos, including free use of the 12 clay tennis courts and tennis desk services. The tennis front desk can help arrange tournament play, player-matching, and group or private instruction, as well as sign up guests for weekly tennis events like round robins, clinics, and drill sessions. The TopSpin pro shop offers tennis equipment sales and rentals on site.
Two tennis courts are located on the sports lawn outside the front entrance of the TOPS’L Tides condos. The sports lawn also includes shuffleboard courts, basketball, and a putt-putt course.

One of the resort’s three on-site restaurants is located on the pool deck adjacent to the TOPS’L Tides rentals building. With outdoor seating overlooking the beach, Blue Dunes Grille serves a menu of casual fare, like sandwiches and salads, appetizers and drinks.
The second casual restaurant is Club Tiki. Located near the resort clubhouse, Club Tiki boasts an outdoor lounge and several large-screen TVs. The menu includes pizza, appetizers, and wraps, along with cocktails and smoothies.
For fine dining during your stay at TOPS’L Tides rentals, visit the Ocean Club for dinner and drinks. Live music is featured on select evenings.
