Great location and condo for the money. Each bedroom had its own full bath which was great for changing and not having to share. It was an easy 5 min drive from the Publix, harbor town, sea pines beach club. It also butted up to the Atlantic club golf course which has a bike and walking path on it. Awesome for morning walks. The kitchen does not have basic supplies for cooking such as salt pepper, pan spray, enough foil for several cooking meals etc. be prepared if you are a more cooking heavy group. Additionally- the condo does not supply beach chairs or beach towels for use. Which is unfortunate give this unit has access to sea pines beach club. Our manager ended up providing 2 chairs but as to not bother her every time it would be a small expense to just have them there for use. Outside of that it was a great stay.
