We used this house for a quilt retreat. There were seven of us and we brought our own tables to hold our sewing machines and set them up along the window wall where we would have good lighting and a great view. We had a fabulous weekend! There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had anything and everything you might need to prepare a meal, but no food storage such as lidded bowls, tin foil, plastic wrap, baggies, and no spices. There are no houses behind this house, so it has a fantastic view of the point with the gulf on one side and the sound on the other. There's a trail down to the beach, which was totally empty this time of year. I found loads of shells.

This unit was not a bad unit. It just needs to be updated with newer appliances. Great access to the beach .we were there during the snow storm and really couldn't do a lot of things outside. Overall it wasn't a bad place to stay, it just needs updated appliance wise.

The place serves its purpose for a place to stay at the beach. Don't plan to cook any crazy meals unless you bring everything you need with you. The kitchen has the necessary minimum. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. It's just showing its age a little. Remotes did not work in at least one bedroom. Check-in was not the best due to not being given the code to get in and then having to call Vacasa agent who did not seem to care to help. You get what you pay for. Summer rates may not be worth it.
