You can even hop on the resort's free shuttle at the complex to reach the heart of Blue Mountain Village less than a mile south, where you'll find another ski lift (one of seven) and dozens of shops and restaurants. In the summertime, Northwinds Beach in Craigleith is one mile north - a lovely place to swim or kayak in South Georgian Bay. There are also five golf courses within a 12-mile drive (including Monterra Golf one mile down the road).
