Visitors can take a short 5 minute drive to explore Pier Park and immerse themselves in the utopia that is the Emerald Coast.

Parking and Wristband Information:

Guests are required to access the online portal through the Community Boss website. Detailed access instructions will be provided in the unit, located on the sign at the hallway entrance in this unit and each parking spot. Please note that guests must enter a valid phone number during registration.

Important Parking Policies:

  • Scooters are not permitted on site.
  • Motorcycles are allowed, with a maximum of three motorcycles per parking space, provided they have valid registration.
  • Trailers and boats must be parked in the overflow lot.
  • During Bike Week: Guests must check in with the Homeowners Association (HOA) to receive free motorcycle parking. However, guests will still be required to pay for truck and/or trailer parking.

Wrist bands will be provided in your unit- if you lose or break a wrist band you will have to purchase a new one from HOA for $3.00 a piece.
