This bright and charming vintage cottage is rustic, comfortable, and brimming with character. The kitchen has recently been completely renovated with new cabinets, appliances, and amenities, including a professional gas stove. The living room has an airy beach vibe. The TV is set up for streaming and sits right above the cozy electric fireplace. Both can be enjoyed from the sofa (which turns into a comfortable queen-size sleeper). If duty calls, there's a sweet little work area in the entry. After a long day at the beach (easy beach access is a short 1-mile drive in either direction), enjoy a soak in the covered hot tub with its view of the ocean, or try the vintage-style clawfoot tub. The cottage is filled with natural light, and the bedroom faces the ocean with large windows for a great view and a French door that opens to the back deck.
Enjoy a beverage or meal on the sprawling and well-appointed back deck with its lounger chairs, gas BBQ, and dining table, which overlook the hammock, wood-burning fire pit and the ocean beyond. In inclement weather, you still have a gorgeous view of the ocean from almost every room in the house, a telescope to see wildlife, and a bookcase filled with books and games.
