This newly renovated condo is beautiful and convenient. Located on the main floor of building three of the Mountain Green Resort, it is very close to the shared resort amenities including sports shop, restaurant, and wellness center, yet it is at the end of the hall for maximum quiet and privacy. There is a brand new luxury walk-in shower, a view from the balcony, and a fun nook.
With everything the resort has to offer, no one would need to venture out. However, Killington has a lot to see as well! Once the snow has begun to fall, there is skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. Killington Resort is .5 miles south. In the warmer months, there is a hiking, biking, kayaking, swimming, and stand-up paddleboarding. The Killington Adventure Center is an excellent place for the family to find new things to see and try.
THINGS TO KNOW
- This building will undergo roof construction from May 6, 2024, until October 31, 2024, and scaffolding will begin going up around Building 3 on May 13, 2024. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. The balcony will not be useable during summer construction, though a sheet of plywood will be placed across the slider for you to open for light and airflow. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). There may also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time).
- Both elevators in Building 3 will be down due to maintenance from November 6, 2023, until November 9, 2023, from 7 a.m. through 5 p.m.
- Mountain Green Amenities: Amenities will be closed until further notice; the shuttle bus will only run on weekends and holidays this winter! The amenities are managed and controlled by the Mountain Green property management team. Please visit the Mountain Green Resort website to get up-to-date status on amenities by clicking the 'Today's Amenities Schedule' link on the home page. Vacasa will do their best to provide updates as we are notified. The restaurant is closed for the summer season but will re-open for the winter season.
