This comfortable art-filled house in La Jolla is a wonderful space for your next family retreat to Southern California! Featuring a fully stocked kitchen, recently renovated downstairs bedrooms, beautiful backyard with unheated private pool, and easy access to the ocean beach nearby. This family abode provides plenty of space and the comforts of home. The backyard patio and the gas grill are great for beautiful days, while the living area has plenty of room that lets you escape indoors when you've had your fill of California sunshine.

Thoughtful upgrades as of March 2024 include fresh paint, carpets, windows, and beds in the downstairs bedrooms, a king mattress in the large upstairs bedrooms, a gas cooktop in the kitchen, and a propane built-in BBQ.

This house is a short drive or leisurely walk from the beach at La Jolla Shores, La Jolla Cove, and the La Jolla Tide Pools. The Museum of Contemporary Art, a movie theater, and many fantastic restaurants are also nearby in downtown La Jolla or at the Shores.
