• Take advantage of the shared amenities which include an outdoor pool, Ping-Pong, and a fitness center. The pool will be open from mid-May through mid-September, weather permitting.
• If you plan on using the new HOA kayak launch and dock structure, you will need to sign a waiver and supply your own kayaks, life jackets, and other equipment.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
