Located within the Oceanside Inn complex, right in the heart of the small town, this condo is just two miles north of Netarts and about nine miles from the larger Tillamook. In Oceanside are a couple of restaurants, plus a gorgeous stretch of beach that is great for beachcombing, running around with your kids or dogs, or relaxing and enjoying the views of the ocean and the famous Three Arch Rocks.

Walk into this condo to discover a completely remodeled space complete with new furnishings, fixtures, appliances, and more. With oak hardwood floors, air conditioning and heating, and a fun and cozy modern farmhouse style, you'll feel right at home here.

Sit down on the sofa and relax while reading a book, surfing the provided WiFi, or watching cable or a DVD on the flatscreen TV. Just off the living room is a convenient half bathroom. The kitchen may look compact, but it has everything you may need to whip up tasty home-cooked meals, including shiny stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. You could sit down at the two-seat dining table or on the sofa to eat, though you may want to pack a fun picnic lunch to enjoy out on the beach!

When it's time to head to bed, the bedroom offers a plush king-size bed (and another TV with a DVD player), and the sofa in the living room folds out into a queen-size sleeper. There's a full bathroom attached to the bedroom, offering a shower, and you'll be delighted to discover that there are heated tile floors! All in all, this snug condo offers plenty of space for up to four guests.

Since this is a pet-friendly property, feel free to bring up to two dogs with you to enjoy a nice romp on the beach! (Though please note a nightly pet fee applies.) Additionally, while you're here you will enjoy a shared deck with lounge furniture that faces the ocean, a laundry facility, and a safe (but somewhat steep) stairway that leads directly from the parking lot to the beach. The parking lot even has three electric vehicle charging stations (one for any electric car and two Tesla-specific spots).

With the sandy shore so close, you'll surely want to spend plenty of time out enjoying the beautiful coastline. Oceanside's beach is slightly protected from the wind, is a fantastic place for beachcombing, and is very child- and dog-friendly! After a long walk on the sand, stroll into town for a bite to eat at Roseanna's Cafe or Blue Agate Cafe. For even more options, drive down to Netarts, which offers a small market and a few eateries, or take the nine-mile drive into Tillamook to explore its varied eateries, cheese factories, and air museum.

If you're here to relax, stock up on groceries beforehand and enjoy your trip to quiet and peaceful Oceanside. However, if you want to explore the region, you're also in luck, because there are plenty of wonderful outdoor adventures to be had nearby! Take a drive just north to the Cape Meares Lighthouse, do some birdwatching, and enjoy the sights of the sea. You could go clamming in the Netarts Bay, boat or go crabbing in the Tillamook Bay, or go south to Cape Lookout State Park for a day of hiking. With plenty of hiking and biking trails, towns to explore, beach to stroll, and sights to see, you'll never run out of things to do here!

• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
