- Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
- We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.
- 4 dogs, weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
