You'll be about a half-block from the beach, and when you're not there soaking up the sunshine, it's always within sight from your deck. Stroll the seven miles of flour soft sand or head to Pine Avenue and take in the local art culture. Bean Point Beach is a great place to snap some photos, and Rod and Reel Pier and Restaurant is a short walk from your front door. There's room for three cars to park in the driveway, but you haven't truly experienced Anna Maria Island until you've used the free trolley to get around!

THINGS TO KNOW

• Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
• We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
