Please note that when the snow is falling, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended if you plan on driving yourself. In the summer, explore the region from the many hiking trails that wind throughout the area or head to the lakes for days of swimming, picnicking, fishing, and other watersports, all about five miles from your front door.
