The warmer months are best spent hiking nearby trailheads, ATV riding, mountain biking, and taking memorable brewery tours.

- All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Boat launching is not permitted on the property, but there is room for a boat trailer parked at this home. Guests can put their fishing boat in the lake at Daniels Pond Access Area nearby. The lake has a maximum speed of 5mph.
- Dogs are welcome and can enjoy the large yard and waterfront for swimming. Please pick up after your pet and do not leave them off-leash or unsupervised.
- Cell phone service is spotty and generally unavailable at the house. The house has a landline to which you can forward calls if needed and the highest available wifi speeds which support streaming and cell phone calls over wifi.
- 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
- 4WD/traction may be required in winter.
- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
- Security camera details: We have a camera on the parking area.
