This beautiful Sea Colony oceanfront condo is comfortable and features 2 bathrooms, providing convenience for guests. The terrace is beautifully furnished, offering a fabulous view of the beach. It is situated in a great location within walking distance to the beach and pool! The assigned parking space is conveniently located in the underground garage. Guests may enjoy amazing sunrises from the balcony, adding to the overall experience.
New renovations for 2025, including a divided sleeping space. The bedroom has been divided by a wall that will allow guests to have 2 separate sleeping spaces, not including the sleeper sofa in the living room! There are twin bunk beds in the one space and a queen bed in the second space. The bunk bed room is entered and exited through the queen bedroom. There is also a new open floor plan, the queen sleeper sofa is new for 2025, as well as the chaise. The kitchen boasts a new microwave, stove, and quartz countertops!
Things to Know
**Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.
