The Harbor Bay studio is a very unique property situated on the water which is commonly known as the fingers. Situated among the canals of Port Isabel with lovely views of the water with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, this waterfront studio is a place for unwinding in the crisp Gulf breeze. It is minutes from the beaches on South Padre Island. The studio is located on the lower floor of the Harbor Bay Home with a private entrance.

It is minutes from the beaches on South Padre Island. From the studio, you can leave the fingers (Canals) and fish in the Lower Laguna Madre in seconds. It's a short boat ride to leave the bay passing through the jetties and right into the Gulf of Mexico. Also, a short boat ride and you can be up close and personal to the rockets at Space X from the water. After a day spent fishing, boating, or lounging on the nearby beaches of South Padre Island, you can relax and watch the sunsets which are so tranquil with spectacular views from the deck right on the water! Also, from the deck you can enjoy the fireworks that are shot almost every weekend during the summer months. If you are fortunate enough to have this studio booked during a Space X launch you can enjoy the launch right from the deck!

It's a setting that's both scenic and convenient, just over a mile from the heart of downtown where you will find a variety of small locally owned shops and dining. The Port Isabel Lighthouse is a State Historic Site which is available for tours. For a fun day at the beach, head over the causeway to South Padre Island or visit the Isla Blanca State Park. Nearby, you'll also find Treasures of the Gulf Museum, Long Island Village Golf Course, and Sea Turtle, Inc. There is entertainment for the whole family to enjoy from chartered inshore and offshore fishing trips, parasailing, dolphin tours, go-carts, and horseback riding, just to name a few. Restaurants are all up and down the island and several options for nightlife all within minutes of this beautiful studio.

You will want to take advantage and enjoy your cocktails, dinners, lunches, and even breakfast out to the deck where you can enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Things to Know
There is no boat slip access at this property. The owner's boat and boat slip are not available for guest use. There is a public boat ramp one block down the street.

• Security camera details: Cameras are located on the front of the home viewing the garages and parking area in front of the garages. There is a ring on the front door. There is a camera mounted on the left side of the main door which watches the parking pad and the gate to the lower deck. There is a camera upstairs which covers the door on the deck and the entire top deck. There are two cameras in the boat dock area which covers the entire boat slips, lift, dock, and fish cleaning station.
