• Vacasa will not be held liable for of any activities conducted in the river or at the nearby lake, there is no lifeguard on duty and serious injury can occur. Enter the river and lake at your own risk.

• 1 dog, weighing 40 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• 4WD/traction may be required in winter.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
