Upon entering this air-conditioned retreat, you will discover an open floor plan with tiled floors. The living area enjoys comfortable furniture, one of which being a new sofa with a pullout Sealy Posturepedic mattress and a love seat, and a TV with cable. The living area opens onto a balcony equipped with loungers and a convenient outdoor dining area so you can enjoy your meals alfresco. Back inside, the condo's kitchen has been appointed with all stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze.

The main suite and second bedroom open to the balcony. Both bedrooms enjoy new mattresses, TVs, and large en suite bathrooms with oversized tubs and separate showers with bench seats. There is a separate sleeping area with bunk beds that is perfect for kids and teens.

This charming beach retreat is conveniently located on beautiful Okaloosa Island in Ft. Walton Beach, just six and a half miles from Destin.
