- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- The dock has two tie-offs if you are bringing your own boat or jet ski and want to tie it to the dock. Please be aware that the main slip is used full-time to store the homeowner's boat.
- The homeowner's boat and 2 jet skis are NOT available for guest use and there will be a $1000 fine each for tampering with either of these.
- Please note: the driveway to access this unit is steep.
- This property is managed by Vacasa Tennessee LLC.
- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
