Recent Seabrook Island guest reviews

This cottage was well equipped, had a great layout and nice views of the golf course and island foliage. The sunroom is a great place to relax and had a convenient table for a laptop. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and dining in. There were two coffee makers for either ground or K Cups. The toilets were a little low but VACASA quickly responded by delivering a raised toilet seat which we left under the sink for other guests. The island is a great place and this unit is a really good place to stay.

Where is Seabrook Island, South Carolina?

Our Seabrook Island vacation rentals are just 23 miles south of downtown Charleston and about 100 miles north from Hilton Head Beach. This town makes up the southwestern end of Kiawah Island, one of Coastal South Carolina’s loveliest resort hubs. Beaches, marshland, and live oak forests populate Seabrook Island’s landscape, setting a pristine scene for a beach vacation. While there are dolphins all along the South Carolina coast, Seabrook Island is privy to a special dolphin behavior called "strand feeding," where a pod works together to herd and eat fish.

Things to do in Seabrook Island

Golf is not just another pastime in Seabrook Island—for many, it's the reason for visiting. The island's spectacular golf courses provide a challenge for all skill levels. Plus, they're actually certified by the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program, meaning they aren't just beautiful for golfers, they're habitable for native birds. All the more reason to tee off while on Seabrook Island. Besides birds, there is plenty more wildlife to witness: if you're lucky, you might catch loggerhead sea turtles laying eggs on the beach, or deer tiptoeing through the live oak forests.

Whether you’re here to relax, adventure, or a little of both, a Seabrook Island, South Carolina, vacation rental has something just for you. Take to the waves for a boating, fishing, or crabbing adventure - several charter options await you. Of course, simply lounging on the beach is always a great choice, too. If you’d rather stay dry, check out the local horseback riding options, or hone your tennis swing at the community facilities. Vacasa’s Seabrook guests have access to the Seabrook Island Club, which offers a fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, and more (some fees may apply).
