A deluxe, covered patio offers a scenic spot for alfresco meals and the firepit provides the perfect centerpiece for starlight gatherings.
Separate living rooms, multiple sitting areas, five fireplaces, numerous smart TVs, and a home gym in one of the bedrooms let you choose how you want to enjoy your downtime inside. The impressive kitchen is more than equipped to handle gourmet meal prep, with features including a gas range, other high-end stainless steel appliances, a large island, ample counter space, two dishwashers, and well water that tastes wonderful!
Located close to San Bernardino National Forest and within biking distance of Silverwood Lake State Recreation Area (four miles), you'll enjoy easy access to a variety of outdoor recreation, from boating and waterskiing to beach activities and fishing. The house is surrounded by off-roading trails, staging areas, and too many beautiful hikes to count, including the Pacific Crest Trail within walking distance. Lake Gregory (nine miles) also offers canoeing, fishing, and water slides that go into the lake. Mountain High Resort (23 miles), Lake Arrowhead Village (40 miles), and Disneyland (69 miles) are all within day-tripping distance as well.
