If you’re out for a boating vacation, you’ll find marinas and boat rentals amid the lagoons and rivers of this picturesque area. At the same time, you’ll be able to enjoy the best of Harbor Town’s establishments including the Smith Stearns Tennis Academy, the Harbor Town Golf Links, and a wide selection of cafes and restaurants ready to serve you fresh coffee and freshly caught seafood. Dogs are welcome in this home for a small nightly fee.

The property is octagon-shaped and contains plenty of windows for amazing views of the surrounding marshland. The home comes equipped with amenities that include central AC and heating, a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen.

*Phase 2 of the Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin in early May 2025, and is estimated to continue through June 2025.
Planned work will be conducted Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding major holidays. Weekend and overnight work may be necessary but will be communicated in advance.
Heavy machinery and construction vehicles will be traveling to and from the project site.
Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times.
Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians.
Sidewalks in the project area will be closed as needed. Pedestrians and bike riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours.
For safety, bike riders will be required to dismount and walk bikes around the active work zones.
Please also note that Harbourtown golf course will be closed from May 10th through mid November for maintenance.
