This majestic townhouse features a splendid and bright open floor plan on the first floor, which seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Curl up by the warmth of the gas fireplace and read a favorite novel or watch a fun show or movie on the large TV with cable. Board games are provided should you feel like hosting a memorable game night with your loved ones. The living room is the ultimate gathering spot. When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and treat the crew to a delicious homemade meal prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with modern stainless steel appliances.

All four bedrooms can be found on the first floor as well. The primary suite enjoys beautiful valley views, a fireplace, a TV, and an en suite bathroom. The second guest bedroom boasts a convenient desk and a foosball table. The third bedroom features a desk as well and a cozy seating area, while the fourth bedroom has a TV.
