It's a beautiful cabin and very spacious we had a group of 8 and no issue of overcrowding, this is the cleanest cabin I have stayed at in the mountains, fridge was large enough to accommodate all of our food, the indoor pool was incredible, as was the pool table and movie theater. The hot tub wasn't working and I called the 800 # and spoke with a person and she said someone would call me soon no one called granted it was Christmas Eve and I didn't expect anyone to come that night but I did expect a return call, I received a text after we checked out on the 26th asking if there was still an issue with the hot tub I replied yes and we have checked out My husband passed in November 2024 and we always did Christmas at our home with our daughter and grown grandkids, it was to painful to stay at home so we decided a get away was the way to go for Christmas.

I am leaving five star perfect reviews for the mere fact that they went above and beyond in their service and helping us with the issues that we had. The cabin itself was not a bad cabin, as long as you are not coming during any time where inclement weather may be an issue. I would not choose this home during the winter months. The description suggest that you use a four-wheel-drive vehicle and boy should you ever!!! the driveway was quite treacherous. Unfortunately, a winter storm sat in during the dates that we were due to arrive. We did have a four-wheel-drive vehicle, but even with that, we were not able to get up the driveway. Had to park at the bottom and track straight up the very steep driveway (covered in snow and ice) on foot. Just to unload our luggage. After four or five trips by foot up the mountain, in the snow and ice with our luggage, we were a bit frustrated. Upon arrival, we realized that the pipes had frozen, causing sewage to back up in the bottom level of the cabin, nearly to the kitchen. Again, this is really something that would be out of their abilities to prevent, because of the weather. Another reason why I’m leaving a good review. I feel like if you come in the warmer months, this cabin would not be so bad. I just do not recommend it during the winter. however. Vacasa went above and beyond in fixing our problem the following day. They transferred us to a different cabin, which we were incredibly happy with.
