This two-story home is ideally located for prospective students and visiting parents, alumni, and sports fans, as it sits within a mile of the university, Hayward Field, and Matthew Knight Arena. Yet, you need not have ties to Oregon to feel at home in the West University neighborhood. Downtown Eugene is less than a mile north, home to a vibrant arts scene and wonderful restaurants and breweries. Alton Baker Park and Hendricks Park are both within two miles as well.

After a fun-filled day out and about, come home to unwind in the fresh air outside on the fenced patio. Kick back in an Adirondack chair with a cold drink in hand, and light the gas grill for a barbecue dinner at sunset.

The interior is bright and comfortable, with plush sofas and a smart TV greeting you as you step through the door. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a light-filled dining area that opens to the patio, and such home comforts as a washer/dryer and high-speed WiFi. • Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: There is one security camera in the alley and another at the front entrance.
