This two-story home is ideally located for prospective students and visiting parents, alumni, and sports fans, as it sits within a mile of the university, Hayward Field, and Matthew Knight Arena. Yet, you need not have ties to Oregon to feel at home in the West University neighborhood. Downtown Eugene is less than a mile north, home to a vibrant arts scene and wonderful restaurants and breweries. Alton Baker Park and Hendricks Park are both within two miles as well.

After a fun-filled day out and about, come home to unwind in the fresh air outside on the fenced patio. Kick back in an Adirondack chair with a cold drink in hand, and light the gas grill for a barbecue dinner at sunset.
