And with the sandy beach only one block from your front door, this lovely vacation home has something special to offer every member of your group!

All on one floor and with only two steps up to the front door and two parking spots in the driveway, the Beach Haven is nicely arranged for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. The great room is open and sunny, and encompasses the dining, living, and kitchen areas all in one space so everyone can socialize together even while cooking meals.

The kitchen itself is lovely, with dark cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a built-in dining set with chairs and bench seating for four, perfect for sharing a meal or working on a jigsaw puzzle. The kitchen includes an ample stock of dishes, pots and pans, utensils and all the modern conveniences of home. Here you can prepare anything from PB&J sandwiches to seafood fettuccine.

The living room is cozy and welcoming, with an impressive wood-burning fireplace, comfortable furnishings, and a flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player. The home also includes WiFi, so you can stay connected to the office (or post plenty of Facebook photos!) throughout your stay. When it's sunny, step out to the sun-dappled backyard deck, where you'll find plenty of seating. The yard is dotted with trees and even features a small creek so you can enjoy a bit of nature right outside your door and when you'd like to explore further, the sandy beach is just one block away.

The home has two bedrooms and two full baths, with plenty of space for up to six guests. The master bedroom, decorated with a charming nautical theme, has a queen bed, a private bath with shower, and its own entrance leading to the backyard deck.

Just down the hall is a second full bath with a tub/shower combo, and nearby is the second bedroom. This space has a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds, so it's ideal for up to four guests to share. Adjacent to the second bedroom is a laundry room with a washer/dryer and a nicely appointed sink with mirror, so there will be even more spaces for guests to get ready for the day and avoid lines for the bathrooms!

The Beach Haven is a wonderful getaway for families, including the four-legged members (dogs are welcome with an additional nightly fee). As there is a creek that runs through this property, please be mindful of small children and dogs.
