You'll be right on the bus line if you opt for public transit, but there's also a compact one-car garage - with an EV charger - and additional street parking.

The main living space is on the second floor, bringing together a sleek kitchen (with stainless steel appliances), a window-lined dining area, and a cozy living room.
One of the unique features of this home are its additional living spaces on the top and lower levels - a setup that's particularly well-suited to an extended family, two families, or a group of friends seeking both togetherness and privacy. The top floor has a second living room and dining area, a chic kitchenette, and gorgeous views.
