After a day spent out and about, head for the bubbling warmth of the private hot tub. Your late-night soaks are well-paired with barbecued meals, prepared on the gas grill.

Inside, updated and inviting living quarters will welcome you in. Cozy up and enjoy the warmth of the fireplace before you utilize the kitchen's ample meal prep space and stainless steel appliances. As you explore the rest of the home, you'll find a remote workstation, spacious bedrooms, and updated bathrooms. A private washer/dryer and internet access are also available at your convenience.

• Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
• This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.

• 2 dogs, weighing 40 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• 4WD/traction may be required in winter.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
